I received a comprehensive DK armor gallery, reposting here. I believe I understood the label key given - please verify because I noticed Ghostchild said he is Gloriann and yet according to my key the "ankh" was Vol-Tuniel, so I suspect my key is "off" - please submit corrections if you recognize god symbols. EDIT: I have since reversed the last 2 pics of order when contributer said, "ya I might have mixed those 2 up" and going by Ghostchild's post. shame someone couldn't mail you all the pally and warrior (not to mention every other class armour) so everyone can see the armour colors and make a more educated choice of their god. but great work in getting this for the dks, it helps alot!
Hehe I find this subject interesting in that some might make their choices based upon looks were as other would make their choice based upon Lore, and still others stats & buffs. http://forums.station.sony.com/vg/p...?topic_id=15401 Myself I have looked at these choices being one of the few opportunities in Vanguard to make a choice based on lore/deity/faction regardless of looks, stats, buffs. But then again I was a follower of Tunare for years
I intended to be Order/Valus (if recall correct the "Law/Judge" guy) due to Sigurd being my original EQ main and a Halasian follower of "The Tribunal" (and that cos my last AD&D main was a Paladin of Tyr, I'm a Norse fan too.) Then I saw the particles on the white pegasus I LOVED the Peggy when it was added, I had always hoped to get one till found out how slow it was then I was pumped when I found out that POTA had that as end reward... then saw the horn and was disappointed but..hey, still cool a white peggy then... pastels?????? F that I went evil. I had my 2 choices mainly Sartholas (to be diff and he was barbaric with 2 weaps etc... then I found out Sarth was more common with Wars than Ghalnn ) and Ghalnn. I HOPED I could stand Sarth colors or Ghalnn cos won't pick one that made me puke ;P or looked like someone >already< did on my armor. Haelifur I really liked, but I took my surname in EQ that first year after a Naggy kill a couple kills after my guild finally killed Vox. We had gotten Nag some time before but no luck on Vox then we killed Vox and next 2 kills one each ... I LIVED through it (I was a Fighter), so I stood over Vox and petitioned GMs for my surname. I was 47 I think... you could pick one at 20 and petition (before they gave a command) but I wanted to have a "commemorative" or "descriptive" name and waited then I hit 40 and was like DAMN... now I can't just pick ANY name and waited more. So, I took "Wyrmsbane" that night. Seemed a bit of a conflict of ethos to go with the Dragon God...imo...
