I did a 1 year sub on Jan. 23 and as of yet have received no station cash in my account. Just durious as to why, I thought I would have received 500 on Feb. 23.

Yes I have heard many people complain they dont get there SC until they send in a support ticket. I had the same problem along with a few guild mates. Sending a support ticket results in you getting told when you should get the cash if you send them the proper info as well as them telling you nothing is wrong but soon you should get your SC. Seems to get the same with others I talked too. But it will take care of it.
Absolutely, you can go on the www.soe.com website and login. You should see your balance on the top right.
Of course I can do that, but since I buy skeleton keys quite frequently my balance keeps changing all the time. Only way for me to check if I got it or not would be some kind of balance log telling when and how much I got or used SC.
The exact same thing happened to me. When I petitioned it I was told that the payment would be made on the anniversary of my earlier billing period, rather than the on the anniversary of this particular subscription. I never did understand their reasoning, but the SC has been credited on the date they specified since then. However, I do agree that there should be a SC history page like the billing history most games provide on the account management page. SC involves a lot of money both to the company and to the customer and there should be a transparent way of seeing how much has been credited and when, as well as how much has been debited and when. At the moment you can access your SC debit history as well as any purchases of SC but this history does not include free SC allocations as part of the subscription terms.
