Hey guys i am adventuring lvl 30 atm, and getting close to 30 crafting so i wanted to start raising diplomacy to 30 now, but since i never bothered with it since i left Island Of Dawn i could use a few advices on the best way to lvl it up.
Where should i go and what quests should i take on my way from lvl 1 diplomacy to lvl 30 diplomacy?

i would go to qa riverbank and pick up the diplo saga questline . its a chain and will move you along. Also, take a moment when you are in various cities and outposts to do civic parlays , it will feel less like a job and more like a pleasant diversion.
also, if you havent done any diplo at all, go to khal and look for the diplo instructor ne from the riftway by the bldg . That will get you started. check out the diplo 101 thread for more info.

I do believe you will have to go to your home city if you are level 1 diplo and have never done any diplo at all. My High Elf Cleric had skipped all diplo, and the trainer at Khal would not help until I went back to Leth Nurae and did the initial few quests there.

One useful thing I stumbled on recently: I had started on the Isle of Dawn and done my early diplo there. I later visited my racial starting village and when I talked to the diplo trainer was offered a quest to pick a signature card. Just that made the trip to my starting village worthwhile.

I would highly recommend heading to your racial starting area. The content of the diplomacy sphere in the starting areas is amazing, I have ran a number of characters through nearly all of the lines in working with VGTact and it is, in my opinion, something that should not be missed if folks care to learn the lore of VG. The diplomat's saga is a wonderful line and there are ways in which to make the absolute most use out of the diplomatic prestige that is gained through that line. (I can answer those questions in more detail, if you would like, in game).

Additionally, I have banked quite a bit of cards from the current projects that I am working on with my various diplomats, so I may be able to provide some help to you with expanding your statements as well.

A reasonable guide, but to maximise your xp gain and achievements i'd start on the exemplar quest as early as possible and leave the diplomats saga as late as possible.

One comment - if one is doing the Diplomat's Saga and feels that they wish to carry on and get the Exemplar Title, especially for those that are a gold account member, you might like to get your New Targonor and Ahgram titles when you click over to 1k Diplomatic Prestige in these two cities as you progress through these quests lines so as to make the most use out of the Diplomatic Prestige awarded.

Although Diplomatic Prestige is tied only with titles and writs in most cities, for those unfamiliar with the NT noble houses, NT DP can be exchanged for house coin at 200 prestige points per coin where house faction is a 1 coin to 100 point conversion. There is a log out cap for the diplomatic prestige and the over 1k buffer is lost when logging out...so using it for your title and/or house coins is a good way to maximize your efforts. :)

I don't agree with that. During the Diplomat's Saga, you get the "Expert Manipulation" card, as said in the guide. This card is a must have for the 5 Card Hand, which is a must have for lvling your diplomacy quick.

Moreover, the xp rewards from Diplomat's Saga are interesting as well (to be honest, I can't really compare to civic parleys, but as I recall, it was so fast I'd be surprised civic parleys are more xp efficient). The last card, "The Sultan's Voice", while not a must-have, is a really fine addition to your deck, especially if you pick up "Deadly Covenant" as a signature statement when you reach 30. I can't recall how many times this combo got me an edge to insure a perfect win (no turn lost).
