Hi i am trying the trial and i was wondering whats a good dps caster for a new player to learn the game
Sorcerer or maybe Druid would be the best and easiest straight out casters to play. Psionicist and Necromancer are probably better at soloing but more complicated to play.
sorc = easiest dps in caster realm. good single target nuke and the most stupidly rediculous aoe nuke ever after level 51. necro can be fun soloing, but requires alot of micro managment dealing with the grafts for your pet and keeping your dot rotation up. good at fear kiting as well which some people love. psi is fun if you like crowd controlling or small group kiting, also does some good dps through dot and nuke rotation. druid is really fun to level up since you have a lot of utility and good surviveability solo or in a group. phenom management takes some getting use to but isn't all that bad once you do. in the end druids can unleash some of the most nasty burst dps if played correctly, however i can count the number of druids that i've seen do that insane dps on one hand... maybe two if i counted people others said could do it and aren't playing anymore or i never met due to different play times.
