    General
    • Corrected an unintended functionality where buffs that were cast by someone outside of the raid group would get stripped upon engaging a raid target.
    • Fixed bug where doublequotes would get replaced with singlequotes when a character was saved.
    • Fixed a bug where if you looted a corpse that has only coins, the loot window will not appear.

    Abilities
    • Removed the Cleric ability Renewal as its functionality is now part of the Titanic Reverence
    • Fixed an issue with Skin of Rakurr where some ranks were not properly giving endurance regen
    • Improved the particle effect of Favor of the Life Giver
    • Fixed an issue where Blessing of Vol Anari had no cast animation
    • Fixed an issue where Levitate spells were single target only instead of group
    • Converted the Thestran Racial abilities to be Aura's instead of pulsing abilities

    Coalition pops two icons one of which shows just name of the buff.

    That is because how the ability was originally designed it actually applied a hidden buff that pulsed the ability that actually gave the stats. I am going to try and convert it to an aura because they work much better then pulsing AOEs but if that doesn't work I will just hide the pulsing ability.

    Just wanted to add that with the Macro " fix you will have to fix your macros one last time as they were saved incorrectly the last time you logged out. After fixing them they will be saved correctly from now on.

    Diplo looks to be fubared. The NPC seems to be getting his expression effect points one half round late. In other words, the points from the card they play is not getting added to the parley indicator until after you play your next card. I hope that is clear.....if not let me know and I will try to explain it better.

    Update: Actually the display shows the points that the NPC is giving you, it just does not show the points they are giving themselves until you play your next card.

    I can confirm this. Diplo was fine before today's patch, but is now sporked. It makes it difficult to strip their expression when it's being added at the time I play my next card.

    Great.. I sub two accounts for a month to do POTA parleys and I get screwed like this....

    We are looking into this and are going to try and get a fix out for it soon.

    this thing with the debuff list on mob stacking up is a pain.... it is greatly affecting game play.. having to untarget and retarget the mob is not a good solution for some classes as it causes us to lose things like blood union. Can you please give us an update at to when this will be fixed.

    We hope to get a patch out tomorrow for NPC Diplo delay, Harvesting, and the Debuffs not being removed out tomorrow along with a few other small fixes.

    While you are at it, can you please look at faction bonus potions? I have one character that loses the bonus every time he logs out. It has happened to him 3 times now, but another toon on the same account does not have that happen.

    I hadn't heard of that one yet. Can you PM me the name of the character that is losing the buff and the one that is keeping it. Also has this happened today at all as it might have been related to the other buff stripping.

    Not sure if this has been reported by others, but can you please look into how melee abilities on my Paladin (level 24, Name: Silverglass) which are NOT based on some % of weapon damage, are hitting like wet noodles.

    I tested them on level 12 mobs, and they were not even hitting non-crit for about half of what the tooltip listed damage is. On same level mobs, they were hitting non-crit for about 25% of the damage they list on their tooltip. The melee abilities that ARE based on a % of weapon damage (and spells) seem to be working correctly.

    Currently, on my level 24 paladin, I have the following bugged damaging melee abilities, which are NOT based on a % of weapon damage - Guardians Assault, Aegis Strike, Sentinels Blessing, and Champions might. Not sure if this affects other classes with similarly designed damage abilities.

    That probably explains why some 3 dot mobs I was fighting the other day felt like 4 dot mobs, lol.

    I just tested the same thing on my level 30 Cleric, and abilities not based on a % of weapon damage, like "Strike Down" and "Hand of Censure", were only doing about 25% of their listed damage values versus similar level opponents. Ughh. :(

    I have also noted a distinct change in the damage output of abilities that are simple damage (ie XX damage or XX damage over 20 secs) vs abilities that are % weapon damage since the initial update. It appears like the simple damage abilities may not be receiving damage bonuses. I've noted this on several of my toons that I regularly parse including the bard, rogue, and shaman(s).

    For the non % weapon damage, I did a /bug report on those after the 1st major patch came out. Guess it wouldn't hurt to do again, but abilities like Bite of Nag-suul or hammer of krigus don't seem to add weapon damage to the ability, so my 51 shaman hits for like 200 initial damage on those abilities, pretty weak. Also did a bug report on this too, but Avatar of the Hunter (or Rakuur) does not add the 50% damage buff. I've tested it multiple times on different mobs and it does not work. Not only does it not work but the ability has no activated icon or duration listed. I think after all this is sorted out a class balance patch would be greatly appreciated.

    Something seems to have changed with how the server calculates player position. I noticed this when I went harvesting. I now have to run up to a node, pause 1 second or so, then I can start harvesting. If I skip the pause then I start harvesting and immediately stop harvesting. This behavior is new as of the patch on Thursday Dec 19th. I have been able to reproduce this in multiple chunks and with different node types (all plants though).

    We found the issue with harvesting and a few other things and we are working on getting a fix out tomorrow.

    Just an update the Buff Icon bug is proving to be a pain to fix but it is one of the bigger bugs with performance right now so we are going to try and spend tomorrow morning working on it to see if we can get the fix out before the weekend.
