Question about Bard specialisation at Level 10

Hi all,
I started recently an alt Bard to check out the new starting quests in Tanvu.
Once I reached level 10, I got a popup-message that I should seek out a trainer and specilize between melee and range.
After frustratingly recognizing that there is no class trainer in Tanvu anymore (and the light trainer doesn't even gives new skill from level 12 onwards for me), I was heading to Cael Brael, but the bard trainer there didn't said anything either about a spezialisation quest.
Am I missing something? I am a Raki Bard.

I am not sure, but this may be the old Ranger specialization?

seems like a bug. bards dont specialize in anything
