You need to setup a subscription?

    Tried logging into the game, with this account, but all I get is an error saying I need an active subscription to play. Anyone else having this issue? Anyone know what's wrong/how to fix it?

    If nobody from tech support will repsond to your thread you will have to call 858 537-0898, Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 7:00pm PT
    And also Live Chat

    Only other thing I can think is maybe your account is banned?
