Patch Notes for September 5th, 2013

Abilities

• Fixed a bug where Rangers were able to occasionally one shot NPCs.
• Removed the incorrect references to the Ranger Ranged and Melee flags and made that correctly use forms instead.

Items

• Fixed an issue where Tharridon's Rib Crossbow would not take any ammo.
• Removed the unused flying mount speed from multiple items.

NPCs

• Old Targonor trap mobs will now despawn on their own after a while.

There were a whole lot more changes that went live.....

I'm a bit disappointed in the patch notes.

The TeD melee bracer was fixed.
The TeD Tank belt hate proc is now operational
The Merc caster bag was changed from +75 ST to 3% Strikethrough

There are a few others.. I forget them atm. But The patch notes really need some work. "mystery" changes are not "happy" changes, even if they are fixing things.

TeD caster belt is still looking for luv ......

and the proc on the Karax weapon "The Bludgeoner" has been renamed to "Paper Cut I".

Imbued Light IV EE description now matches the function.
