Does leveling diplomacy take as long as leveling adventuring or is it a "faster game?"

    Thanks!
  2. When the diplomacy sphere was first created gaining experience in the sphere was much slower than adventuring. Additionally, it was a skill based progression, rather than levels. That has long been changed and the progression of the three spheres are appropriate to one another now.
  3. Diplomacy levels much faster than Adven or Crafting.

Sorry but crafting takes way more time to max than adventuring.

Being that my highest crafter is level 35 (if memory servers me correctly) and I will freely admit, crafting is not my chosen sphere, and nearly all of my characters have been leveled in diplomacy first, I can only convey the information that was given to me from a developer who was working then with crafting and diplomacy who informed me that a change was made that would make progression, or at least the actual number mechanics behind each sphere's leveling, equal. Now, as to the available quests/opportunities to advance in each sphere, I can understand how crafting and diplomacy are considered under par for adventuring due to the opportunities to level in adventuring is greater, most especially when grouping is considered where the experience gained from tougher content is greater than that of a soloist. That said, they are all meant to be numerically respective of one another.
  6. I think if you possibly sat down and grinded 1-50 on all three spheres you would find them roughly the same amount of time to max. However, it is so much more tedious to grind diplo and crafting, that most of us rarely ever spend more than an hour or two a day in levelling up, making it seem like a much longer grind.
  7. Diplo is more tedious but much faster than other spheres- Esp if you manage to compose a multiple parley winning deck and have a macro created that makes you 1 button most on it tedious but fast- best not to use on quests as you end up missing lore thats needed to complete the quests usually
