Refund of SC?

    Whether you believe it is by my own stupidity or simply "too bad", I actually spent 699 SC yesterday (within less than 24 hours of the patch) unlocking both my race and my class beyond level 20. Pretty silly hey!

    I honestly was not aware of the patch nor it's content/changes; I pretty much just load up and jump in. I am sure you can confirm this purchase (it's timing as well). Is there any recompense, or plan to reimburse spent SC on things they are now free? Especially when spent within, literally, 24 hours of the patch that made said items free? Not just for me but for any person spending SC in the last bit of time?

    I'm honestly not bitter, just honestly interested in thoughts/plans on this matter ... again you can say it was my own fault, I cannot deny my own lack of investigation of upcoming patches did not have a part to play, but honestly, am I the only person who does not religiously read upcoming patch notes?

    Opsin, you should open a ticket about it. I was in a similar situation. 2 days ago I purchased a class unlock for a level 3 Shaman on my 2nd account. Oviously, I didn't need to unlock the class yet but figured what the heck since it was on sale and would be of future use. I didn't even get a chance to use the unlock before it was made obsolete. I opened a ticket about it, and they were very kind and refunded the credits. I'm sure if you ask nicely they'll do the same!

    There were no advance patch notes, nor any dev posts letting anyone know ahead of time that races and classes were becoming free. In no way can anything be blamed on you.
