I noticed this on test, and reported it. Its now made it to live... Lethal Strikes I through to V cannot be used in combat, even though its a combat buff? Is this intended if so any reason why. If not please can we see a fix. stab
Yeah this is freaking annoying. Been happening since last patch. Used to work in combat as it's combat buff. Doesn't anymore. Please fix it. Might help posting this on Game issues subforum, Wigin been answering there.

The fact Lethal Strikes is not useable in combat is becoming less annoying than the fact that Bloodlust is not being updated in combat. This means I have to apply Lethal Strikes, then WAIT for Bloodlust to update before engaging. Here's hoping this is fixed in the next update.
Wanted to bump this. I just read over the large post on todays updates, and it didnt mention this. I know Rogues got some major love, and thank you for this, but something simple broke this a month ago, and it is most frustrating. Please un-break it... I beg you
