Fixed an issue that prevented players for getting credit for the quest "Targets of Opportunity". Shaluu and Khorr now drop Blazing Efreeti Essences for the quest "Night of the Zull". Corrected an issue with Hemocyte Etcharak spawning for the quest "Kill the Cheerleaders". Corrected quest issues with the quests "Eradication" and "Tunnel Pipes". Items Fixed an issue with the Runebladed Imperial Staff would accidentally do slashing damage instead of blunt. Fixed a tooltip issue where the equip buff from Elemental Earring of Measure would wear off. Soul-Imbued Cog of Mana Laced Dreams now has a one-handed Soul slot attachment set, and now is able to be equipped in the primary or secondary weapon slots. Soul-Imbued Battery of Force now has a one-handed Soul slot attachment set, and now is able to be equipped in the primary or secondary weapon slots. All Racial ground, the shadowhound, and unicorn mounts should now be instant cast. Miscellaneous The loyalty rewards for April are no longer available. Fixed an issue with Arachnidon's spawn that resulted in it taking much longer for him to spawn then intended. Abilities Updated tooltip for Icequake and Meteor Storm to display the proper number of targets it can hit.
