((One of my hobbies is 3D artwork, and my guildies are trusting enough to let me take their character's persona and create a 3D character & images of them. I'd love to share the images (read: embarrass my guildmates), and figure that there are others who do the same. So, now we have a thread for it!)) This is the most recent character portrait I've done. It is of Xamendis, one of my Officers and a damn good RP'er. An RP'er needs a pretty picture of their char, don'tcha think?
ooooohhh.... very nice! I have no talent for such things; I end up paying others to do it for me. This one is not 3d, but it's the portrait I had made for me of my dark elf cleric back in EQ (whom I attempted to recreate here).

<3 Visc - all of these are elves, just not rangers. I really should do a Ranger one of these days... and no, not modest!! There are so many awesome 3D and digital artists out there.. I still wish I could DRAW this stuff, but drawing just frustrates the daylights out of me, LOL!! Thank you very very much Morniel & Keilana!! If I had more time, I'd so do character images on a more regular basis and for more people, but right now they take a looong time to finish, so I don't get too many done. <3 The one I just finished took 13 days, which is long for most images, but still. I'm lucky if I can get it done in 3 days! If I ever get that i7 chip though.. /grin Keilana - I'm using Daz Studio 3, Photoshop CS4 usually. And a LOT of time. Rendering can take a long time, if you crank the settings up high enough. Speaking of images... YAYOMGIT'SFINISHED! This one is Kist, High Elf Bard. Glad it's done, didn't come out too badly. <3 (Well, Kist hasn't complained yet! /grin ) Entering this one into a contest over on Deviant Art, for kicks. <3 Big Image over on dA.
Wow Siela! I love these! So beautiful-- you are quite the accomplished digital artist! Please... don't stop posting them! I've been checking this thread every so often for updates... these are just too cool! --Love the bard!
Aww, thanks so much guys, unfortunately I recently retired, to focus on school and family, so I'm not sure how often I'll be doing character images. I have a few I need to finsh, but after that, I'm not sure. ): Miss my guild like crazy, but real life. :\
