   went to log into Vanguard one last time, and all my characters are on the test server? I tried to create another character, but only throws me on the test server? what gives?

   You have the Test server selected instead of Live. Go to the gears icon toward the bottom left on the launcher and you can go to Select Game Version and change it to Live.
