Apparently, the imperials need Exotic Ritual Spell Components in order to complete the ritual, so your best bet is to go and kill anyone who looks like they may have some, and remove it from their cold, dead hands. It is important to note that these Exotic Ritual Spell Components can be found on a plethora of imperials (magi, researcher, transmutor, and experimenter). These can be found all through magi hold, but I've found the population to be more plentiful down at the bottom of the elemental halls. Everyone seems to stick to the top of the furnace room for their kills, so they're a bit hard to find. The drop rate of the Exotic Ritual Spell Components is about 50%. I've never gone more than 3 kills without looting one. Bring these mystical items back to Naji so that she can examine them for some reason or other.
